We want your pottery to arrive safely and match what you ordered. If something is wrong, please get in touch so we can help.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Email ceramicsbynature@gmail.com as soon as you discover the issue. Please include:

• Your order number and the name used for the order.
• A description of the problem.
• Clear photos of the piece and, for shipping damage, the packaging if available.

Please keep the piece and packaging while we review the issue. Do not use damaged pottery.

How we resolve a problem

After reviewing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund with you. Hand-painted pieces are one of a kind, so an identical replacement may not be available.

Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is needed for a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions and cover the necessary return shipping. There is no restocking fee for these returns.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will confirm the refund details with you, including any applicable shipping charges and tax. The time for a refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

The character of handmade pottery

Our mugs are manually slipcast and finished using our own plaster molds, developed from original 3D CAD designs. Hand-painted mugs feature individually drawn and painted underglaze artwork beneath a clear glaze.

Small variations in form, dimensions, glaze color, and decoration are part of the handmade process. These expected variations are not defects. If you are unsure about something, please send us photos and ask; we will review your concern.
