Shipping & Delivery

Here is what to expect when ordering from Ceramics by Nature in Georgia.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the contiguous U.S. and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or destinations outside the United States.

When your order ships

• In-stock mugs: dispatch in 1–2 days after your order.
• Backordered geometric mugs: allow 2–4 weeks for your order to ship.
• Mixed orders: if your order includes both in-stock and backordered pieces, the whole order ships together when everything is ready.

Please check the individual listing for availability and any item-specific lead time. Dispatch time is the time before your parcel leaves the studio; carrier transit time is additional.

Shipping charges and discounts

Free shipping applies when your merchandise subtotal is greater than $100 after discounts and before tax. An order at exactly $100 qualifies for the $8.50 standard shipping rate. The applicable shipping charge and any sales tax are shown at checkout.

Gifts and arrival dates

Need a piece for a particular date? Contact the studio before ordering to discuss availability and timing. Dispatch estimates are not a guarantee of arrival by a particular day, and carrier delays may occur.

Address changes and delivery concerns

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, email ceramicsbynature@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correction. We will help where possible; changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact the studio with your order number so we can help investigate.

Damaged or incorrect items
